Your First Visit

Initially our staff will assist with all the paperwork. If you’re a first time patient you can download our New Patient Registration in English or Spanish and fill it out before your visit if you prefer. You will then sit down with one of the doctors who will discuss you current conditions and your past medical history. Next the doctor will perform an examination and suggest a treatment.

All Oregon auto insurance policies have Personal Injury Protection Benefits which cover your medical expenses if you are injured in a car accident. Our office assists with all the paperwork and will handle all billing.
